Returns
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, simply send written notification (by email, via the contact form or by post) to Strotz AG. You will receive confirmation by email.
You can return unused items in their original packaging to us within 14 days:

Please enclose the proof of purchase or quote the order number. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (no pre-paid return labels).
Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, provided they were delivered in perfect condition.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
