Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Parcel delivery for umbrellas and walking sticks
We offer free delivery on orders of CHF 60.00 or more. For orders under CHF 60.00, a flat-rate delivery charge of CHF 7.50 applies. The parcel will be delivered via DPD and you will receive a tracking code by email once the parcel has been dispatched. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day.

Courier service or freight forwarder for parasols, bases and boat umbrellas
The shipping cost is a flat rate of CHF 50.00, regardless of the order value. Delivery is via DPD or lorry and usually takes one working day. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email. If you would prefer a specific delivery date, please let us know in the comments field or by email immediately after completing your order.

We are also happy to send your goods to a different delivery address. This means you can have your order delivered directly to your office or surprise someone. Simply enter the desired delivery address when placing your order.

You can find information on standard delivery times on the product page and in your basket. The majority of the products we offer are in stock. For made-to-order items, the delivery time is shown in your basket. If you place your order before 12 noon, we will generally dispatch items in stock on the same day (except for orders paid in advance). Delivery usually takes place the next working day.

If you have ordered a product that needs to be manufactured or personalised first, we will dispatch all items together as soon as everything is ready for dispatch. If you need a product sooner, please let us know via the comments box in your basket or by email.

As soon as we have handed your parcel over to the DPD courier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from DPD by email, including a link to track your parcel.
