Removing dirt
Whether it’s a rain or parasol, dirt can be easily removed using a soft sponge and lukewarm water. Then leave the umbrella open to dry.
Our umbrellas are made from high-quality components, as we are committed to ensuring a long service life in order to counteract the prevailing throwaway culture worldwide. Some of our models are tested for stability and performance in a wind tunnel and are constantly optimised through ongoing development processes.
Proper handling and care have a positive effect on the lifespan of our umbrellas. You make a significant contribution to environmental protection when the products you purchase continue to serve their purpose for many years.
Whether it’s a rain or parasol, dirt can be easily removed using a soft sponge and lukewarm water. Then leave the umbrella open to dry.
Our fabrics are water- and dirt-repellent. Over time, the water-repellent finish may wear off, particularly at the folds. Simply refresh it with a water-repellent spray for polyester: open the umbrella, spray evenly, wipe off any excess and leave to dry.
Our umbrellas feature three different opening mechanisms: manual, automatic and automatic open/close, which are explained in detail below. Important: After use, always leave wet umbrellas open to dry.
